"I absolutely love the property! This was my second stay, and I had another really great experience overall. The property is beautiful, and I truly enjoyed my time there.
One minor area that I believe could use some improvement is the beach experience over the weekend. It can be challenging to find a beach chair or even a place to sit due to the number of ResortPass guests, which can make the area feel overcrowded.
Additionally, it can sometimes be difficult for staff to distinguish hotel guests from day visitors. As a result, hotel guests may occasionally feel overlooked when requesting assistance, and wait times for service can be quite long.
That said, these are relatively minor concerns, and I still had a wonderful stay. I believe designating a dedicated area exclusively for hotel guests, where they can relax and enjoy guaranteed access to seating without competing with day visitors, would make a significant difference.
Overall, I love the property and would happily return. I hope the resort considers opportunities to improve this aspect of the guest experience. ❤️"
