Finalement, très bien

Une rue un peu glauque à l’arrivée mais finalement très bien située dans un quartier animé. La rue est très silencieuse. Parfait pour bien dormir. Facile pour se garer.

Clean appartement , no service, lot of restaurants

Bankers Boutique is a small apparment including small kitchen close to German Colony and another street with lots of restaurants. The appartment is in a normal house where you do not have any lobby or assistance except by whatsapp or email. Its very difficult to find because there is just a small sign on the house. Even the restaurants next to bankers boutique does not know anything about it. The surrounding is not clean, its a typical back side housing area. But the house inside and the appartment, the kitchen and the shower is very clean and comfortable. Aircon is quite and not smelly, Bed is clean and comfortable. Overall very good and I will come back. Check in should be easier. Unfortunatelly it was my first stop after arrival in Israel and I did not get the mail with the instructions in time. Without interent connection you are helpless because the instructions where send by mail during my flight. Arrival late means that there is no chance to find your hotel. After nice help from Diana Hotel which is not far, I found the appartment but did not know how to get in. So I had to call from by international phone to get the instructions. AFter that everything was fine. A bottle of water would have been great. There is no breakfast, but there are plenty of bakeries around and it is nice to sit at the street in the morning and have a good coffee. Compared to the other hotels the appartment is cheap, But without infrastructure not so cheap.

Immer wieder gern

Das Appartment ist mit wirklich viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, eine Flasche Wasser, eine Flasche Wein und Kaffee standen bereit. Im Bad waren Shampoo und Duschgel vorhanden, ebenso ein Föhn und Bügeleisen samt Brett stehen zur Verfügung. Im Service Room an der Rückseite des Gebäudes kann man sogar Wäsche waschen, ein Trockner steht bereit. Es gibt zwar keine Rezeption, aber Dorit hat uns schon vorher eine Mail mit allen wichtigen Infos samt wifi Passwort geschickt, so dass wir nach kurzem WhatsApp Kontakt vor Ort, die Zugangscodes für den Haupteingang und unser Zimmer bekamen. Alles total unproblematisch und ein äußerst sympathischer Kontakt mit Dorit. Das Appartment liegt sehr zentral, wir hatten einen Mietwagen den wir immer unproblematisch in der nahen Umgebung parken konnten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir empfehlen bedingungslos weiter!!!!

המקום מקסים, היחידות מעוצבות ברמה, המחיר מאוד הוגן ..אך חסרון אחד...האזור - היה רועש קצת בלילה ויותר רועש לפנות בוקר..כך שהיתה לנו השקמה ב5 לפנות בוקר בגלל הרעש מהסביבה. אין לי מושג אם זה היה חד פעמי או משהו שקורה קבוע.

Bankers Boutique immer wieder!

Das Appartment ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und frisch renoviert. Mein Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss mit separatem Eingang. Im Kühlschrank war bei der Anreise eine kalte Wasserflasche. Küche mit Kaffee und Wasserkocher war auch vorhanden. Lediglich ein Föhn muss selber mitgebracht werden. Die Inhaber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben mir Tipps in Haifa gegeben. Kann die Bankers Boutique wirklich empfehlen wenn wieder da bin werde ich bestimmt wieder buchen. Ach ja in der näheren Umgeben befinden sich einige coole Bars. Direkt vor Ort war es dagegen sehr ruhig.

Haifa with a Smile

When I arrived by train in Haifa, I realized on reading the small print that my "hotel" did not have a front-desk. I did have a phone number to call, and with the help of a taxi driver who spoke some English, I got in touch with the managers. They gave me the code to the front door and the code to my room. The building was on an unimpressive back street, but the room itself was quite nice and comfortable. It was equipped with a kitchen and refrigerator which allowed me to keep things cool. I received a small, complimentary bottle of wine which was welcoming. The room and building are fairly near the bus and train station and the city center. That was convenient to a traveler spending only one night and moving on to the next destination. The nice public beaches are several kilometers away on the west side of town.

The room was clean and cosy, Staff was not there but very friendly and welcoming over the phone, location is great, easy and simple, NICE!
