Comfortable and clean.

Nice stay overall. It’s the second time we chose these apartments for the price & value. Unfortunately, for some reason we didn’t get our room done this time either (same happened on our first stay, last month) and during the early morning we had some really noisy neighbors that prevented us from having a good sleep. Leaving that aside, it’s a good place to stay. Easy fast check in / out, comfortable and clean.

Ok for a short stay

Apartment was in a proper condition. It would be good if it had a closet though. Also, for some reason (never explained) our room wasn’t made after the first night. We stayed there for three nights.

Nice space, dated. Not comfortable, because you need to turn on water heater 30 min before go to shower. But perfect location, space and very nice owner compensate that issue. all transportation super close.Will stay again and recommend to my friend

It is a very nice little apartment hotel in a neighbourhood that really comes to life after sundown, lots of restaurants with outside seating etc. However, there is a huge street outside which is very loud and also pretty dangerous for pedestrians (we saw cars running red lights at HIGH speeds multiple times). The neighborhood is very nice, however it is also apparently not super duper safe (AFAIK its not crime that should affect tourists, though). It's within walking distance of the train station, german village, bahai gardens, all the important sights. I enjoyed my stay there, but sleep was not great (because of the loud street).

There is nothing about “Designed” about this property, is just a ran down building converted in small rooms. No elevators and hallway are extremely hot. Room does not have any closed or any furniture to put clothes on. No soap, Kleenex, coffee, only the bare minimum.

Excelente custo benefício.

O estúdio era impecável com tudo necessário para preparar um bom café da manhã, um ar-condicionado funcinando perfeitamente, cama confortável, boas toalhas. A única coisa que poderia melhorar é a mobilidade do chuveiro, pois da forma que é fixo dificulta um pouco na hora de lavar o cabelo, pois a direção da água vai direto pra porta. A localização é ótima bem próxima da estação central de trem e com muiras opções de transportes a volta. Super recomendo.

Friendly reception and the place was nicely equipped. We happened to stay during a Thursday night concert nearby, and the noise from that as well as the 7AM street cleaners did not make for a good night. But that is clearly not the hotel's fault. Important to note that the hotel doesn't have its own parking but there is overnight free parking nearby.

If you hate sofabeds...

We had a lovely stay. When i travel with my kids, its hard to find a double plus twin bed, usually the choices hete are a queen and sofabed, my kids are too big and they complain. So it was very nice tge room had a doubke and a twin and still enough room for a kitchenette etc. At a very reasonable price and perfect location.
