「I booked a room and already paid. But when I arrive the hotel they said they don’t have any available room. The payment hasn’t returned yet. And because of this unexpected situation I was in trouble to get another accommodation.」

「This was our meeting place for a night (although we spent several night before) prior to a Nat Geo Great Migration Safari in Tanzania. The staff were friendly, helpful and all around best. The could not do enough for us. It was a delightful stay. 」
