Wonderful experience with the hotel, will stay there again if visit Utsunomiya

Very clean, very helpful the staff Bed was very comfortable

The hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the train station and many shopping areas. A supermarket is in the building and several coffee shops are an easy walk away.

The Facilities and the rooms are very nice. Dont let the star rating scare you off. The only reason they are below 5 stars is due to the location of the hotel. It is located at a very suburban area not much going on around the property (including restaurant) and you really need a car to get around the area. There is a local railway near by though.

Great hotel, friendly staff and comfortable room.

Would definitely recommend.

Great!

These hotels are a great option. The room is nice and has everything you need. Clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating even though we arrived slightly late. Especially for the price, this is a great option.

Really nice place for relaxing. Highly recommend for your vacation with Family.
