「Glamping experience with nice amenities all around and a really unique lounge area in the barn. The main area is a large building and has multiple bathrooms and showers. The facilities and kitchen were a little tight for the amount of people when full, but ultimately worked out fine. The big surprise was the barn lounge area. I definitely recommend spending some time in what is a really cool and unique underground area. Overall, was a comfortable and fun stay.」

「Great property. Our group lives in the city, so to stay in the middle of a horse farm and watch the sunset in complete silence is something we rarely get to experience. The service was accommodating. Full kitchen and appliances for cooking. Quick access to a friendly Icelandic town and other south coast attractions. 」

「Askot Cottage was amazing! We definitely wished we had stayed more than one night. Directions were clear, property was well illuminated, and entry was easy. I appreciated the fact that each cottage has its own EV charger and washer/dryer combo. We also had a great view of the northern lights during our stay! 」

「This property was the most tranquil stay I have ever had. I felt safe the entire time and the owner was lovely to deal with. I would like to return for a longer stay. They have everything you need too, including a hair dryer and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. We cooked our Christmas dinner in the over which was fine for two people. The property was also lovely and cosy. Not cold at all.」
