「Overall l, was a good stay at the property for my family and I. Some of the pros include the beautiful grounds, the pool and the awesome staff for breakfast and dinner! A few of the cons are that in our room the bathroom area was overrun with ants. The bed wasn’t all that comfy either, and on additional “nit” is that the front desk only allowed for two towels for our room…which was super inconvenient traveling with my spouse and 3 kids. I’m a consultant and have lived in hotels for a good chunk...

「Lovely hostel with great staff. We got the suite which is apart from the main building and has its own bathroom. A perfect little couples retreat! The bed was really comfortable too which can be hard to find!」

「Rough road to get there. Dinner was not great, very poor value for price. Lovely ambiance. Beautiful courtyard. Loved dinner by the fireplace. Kind server. Do not recommend the eggplant! Bathroom had loose ceiling tiles that seemed open to outside. Very humid smelling room. Nice big room but disappointing fire 180/night.」

「This hotel is very well situated to walk in Latacunga. We were there only one night before a 3 day hike and would recommend. Everything was clean and modern. We had a small plate of nuts and fruits in the room when we got there, which was nice. There are 2 things that could be improved: 1. Breakfast was included and there were a lot of options but only fruits for vegan. It would be nice to have nuts or bread without eggs as an additional option. 2. The room was also spacious and comfortable. I also have to mention that I loved the breakfasts there and the people serving the breakfast were also very polite. Can't wait to be back! 」

「Excelente servicio, no les voy a hablar de lo que ya califique con estrellas, les voy a hablar de la calidad humana del servicio que recibí, durante mi estadía mi señora madre murió en mi país de origen y tuve que realizar una serie de tramites de forma remota, la ayuda prestada por el personal del hotel fue de las alta calidad humana y solidaria no tengo palabras para agradecerles, sin duda volveré a visitar este hotel y lo recomiendo sin duda lo disfrutaran.」
