「They have various kind of rooms. We didn't like the initial room we have booked by app, later we have upgraded the room to little bit better room. But the room size is small compear to it's class!」

My booking with you for this property was denied saying that they don’t have any such booking and they don’t work with Travelocity. I suggest that you stop selling for them immediately. And of course reimburse the charges you did on my card as I had to stay elsewhere at the last moment and pay for that.」

「The property is a three-star hotel. It's biggest advantage is that there is not a lot of competition in the area--just one nice hotel, which is more expensive than this one. The staff and management is not as friendly and professional as you will find in four or five-stars. The breakfast buffet was disappointing--but the quality of the food was not terrible, just average or a little below average.」
