"I am really disgutted on my stay and I am blaming Hotel.com and the hotel Quality Inn. No mention on web site there was no pool , no WIFI . One receptionnist said WIFI is OK the other one said not working for 3 days. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom I had to call the reception.
No glass in the room. How can you advertise on your site without warning people of these problems. You should refund your customer for force Quality Inn to give a credit ."
