"Hi - unfortunately we cannot speak well of this hotel. We found cockroaches everywhere in the room. And the bathroom was unsanitary - clogged toilet, barely any water out of shower head, and poorly working sink. We discovered this after the front desk staff had already left (which is fairly early in the evening) so we were stuck for the first night and decided to stay up all night rather than sleep in the room. We let the front desk staff know about the conditions as soon as they arrived the next morning at 8:30am, told them we were checking out and they returned our $15 USD cash deposit. But when we contacted Expedia to get the hotel refund, the hotel claimed we never checked out. This was untrue. After several rounds of back and forth, they refunded us for 1 night out of our 3-night stay. At minimum, they should have refunded 2 nights. Please stay away."
