The location of property is excellent. Just next to the beach. The place has less staff so everything takes long time. They should also get more vegetarian food options.

Rauhallinen, Lähellä laiva terminaali josta pääsee helposti Halon Bayn risteilylle. Huvipuistoja ja muuta viihdettä on ainakin tulossa alueelle. Vesi meressä aika kylmää tähän aikaan vuodesta joten uimaan ei tohtinut oikein mennä. Rannat ja kaupunki yllättävän siistit.

Lackluster
A little outdated place with very friendly staff. The room was big, but could use a touchup to bring it back to its full potential. The location is great as it's a quick walk to the beach and pier.

Reserver pour 3 nuits..nous avons quitter apres seulement 1 nuit.. moissisures sur les murs.. nous avons changer de chambre.. ils nous ont laisser 3 choix..le restaurant est OK... la plage et la vue est super.. pas d equipements sur la plage pour y passer un bon moment... l hotel a besoin d une serieuse mise a jour.. le personnel etait super et tres aidant malgre les outils qu on leur mets a disposition... tres peu de restaurant dans les environs .. a noter sejour en decembre 2019... des renovations sont en cours... donc comme mon titre...baisser vos attentes...

그럭저럭 있다 갈만한곳
음 전반적으로 너무오래된 느낌 이들고 방생태도 생각보다 너무 안좋았음... 혼자 조용히 지내고지하신분들은 좋을수도있으나 그렇지안는 분은 비추임 그리고 조식은 정말 별로임... 리조트주변은 아무것도없어서 볼것이없음....

Once a very nice hotel is going through some improvement work and excavators were working through the day. Staff is friendly. Initially we were charged extra but once the booking came through the next day we were refunded with apology.

A nice hotel with a great beach location. Maintenance is slacking nd the local area holds very little to do. Good for the beach, views over the bay and Bay tours.

L'hôtel est bien dans son standing mais derrière, il y a une route très passante et bruyante et comme il n'y a pas de doubles vitrages... Le personnel est très peu accueillant, pas souriant et indisponible pour toute demandes que vous leur faîtes. On a demandé ce qu'on pouvait faire de chez eux mais l'île de Catba à côté leur semble inatteignable. On a demandé comment on pouvait aller à Ninh Binh, mais ils ne connaissent pas le bus ni les limousines, transport pourtant facile au Vietnam, transport à 6/8 personnes, beaucoup moins cher qu'un taxi qu'ils nous ont réservé et qu'il a fallu négocier, le prix qu'ils nous donnaient au départ étant de 100 dollars, puis 75 dollars. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel où il faudrait changer l'équipe ou le directeur de l'hôtel.

Halong bay
Två nötter här med min särbo. Planen var att ta en dagskryssning i Halong Bay. Hamnen där båtarna avgår ifrån ligger på gångavstånd. Stort plus ! Även buss stationen när man ska tillbaka till Hanoi är på gångavstånd. (Rekomenderar egen taxi) Hotelet och rummen är gamla och slitna och kvaliten på internet var lite si ocb så. Men trots detta så fanns det en underliggande charm, egen sandstrand, pool. Vill på något sätt ändå rekommendera detta ställe. Vi hade två underbara nätter och en kanon dag på stranden. Kan tänka mig att komma tillbaka

관리가 잘된 멋진 풍경을 담은 호텔
비치프론트에서 머무시면 강성비가 훌륭한 리조트 입니다. 오후에 수영장 이용이 좋았으며(오전 햇살) 조경은 아주 훌륭했습니다. 리조트 물가대비 음식이 저렴했으며. 조식은 간단하게 나오지만 괜찮은 편입니다. 하지만 덥습니다.

Aircondition could not regulated. Was too cold. Minibar was not filled up. Umbrella in room was broken. Wifi too slowly and broken every 30 min. Beach boring. No Restaurant there. Breakfast boring and to hot for sitting in breakfastroom. No aircon was turned on but only used fan

Undvik allt som finns i detta område!
Hotellet har Holiday Villa-standard, helt okej. Men inte okej pris; poolen var snyggare på bild än i verkligheten, stranden var obefintlig. Det mesta var solblekt, prisbilden hög på hotellet. Närområdet var värdelöst. Allt var öde på natten, det enda som märktes av var någon form utav vaktpersonal som patrullerade området. Vi kände oss övervakade och det var väldigt olustigt. Hotellets personal var det mest otrevliga jag stött på på lång tid. Vi behövde boka på ett rum till och upptäckte att om man bokade online så fick man tre nätter för 1. Det pris som de tog (vilket var ett överpris) var vad vi betalde för 3 nätter via en online-site (och lite mindre till och med). Allting av värde finns i Halong City. Där finns Halong Park med nöjesfält som är fräscht och trevligt, casino (som var fullt av rökande individer) men ändå mer att göra än i Halong Bay, där de verkade rulla upp trottoaren efter mörkrets inbrott. Även på de anläggningar som fanns intill så var det folktomt, en döende ort med stora byggnadsskelett som skriker nedtång och misär.

Lonely Planet
Hotel lokatet at the Tuan Chau island. A lot of other hotels are located here. They are mostley emptey shells. Buildings that has stoped in the building process. No people on the island. There is a big amusement park clousley two the hotel that is fired up with lightnings and music during night. But it does not have one singel guest. Same with this hotel. Remiends of the movie The Shining. A ghost area on a ghost island. Cloused resturantes big walking pavements and no people. The beach is not welcoming here for swimming. Does not look tempting at all. Every thing looks great on pictures but is amusingly different in reality. Take the boat and see the beatiful artipeliga instead. Or maybe go to Cat ba, was not visting that island. Is probably a lot better.

resort phù hợp cho đi nghỉ dưỡng
Resort có bãi biển riêng nên mặc dù dịp nghỉ lễ cũng không quá đông đúc. Khu Hill villa xa khu ăn sáng, mặc dù có xe điện đưa đón tuy nhiên vào những ngày đông đúc bạn sẽ phải chờ một chút. Hài lòng với kỳ nghỉ.

Hotel is basic with the necessities. Would only suggest staying in this area if you are going to Ha Long. There were minimal restaurants and there was nothing to do while waiting for the tour to begin.
