「The staff were excellent and everyone looked very happy to be there and were very friendly and easy to chat to as a result. The only unknown I had was the food before arriving but the food was very good, even when we didn't fancy something on the menu they were very happy to make something up for us! 「Firstly, we had a great welcome at the port, our luggage was loaded onto a buggy and we were brought to The Bilimbi. It was well presented, extremely clean and clear request to leave shoes outside which was safe. 「I liked the elevator to reach my room on the third floor. I also liked being close to the Red Wave supermarket in the area. However, my room was pretty noisy both at night and in the early morning. There were strange noises coming from upstairs early morning. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful.」

「酒店环境真心一般般，一楼餐厅感觉不是特别整洁，东西乱摆放。205房间简直没法忍受，打开窗帘1米就是对面的正在修建的楼房，而且房间里没有网络。所以在入住之后费了很大的周折换了别的房间。不是很推荐这家酒店。而且Hotels预定的价格是88美金，到店收了我95美金，说是88的价格没有包含税。因为不是差很多，所以也没有多计较，但是感觉有点坑人。」
