"Hotel reception manager was lovely and helpful during our stay. Room was okay, average and clean enough - though it had a smell (possibly from the bathroom) when we entered so we aired the room out.
Downside was how thin the walls were / how loud the other guests were on a Saturday night. The noises kept us up from late evening to around 2am."
"The room was very clean, but very tired. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls the lights in the bathroom were flickering loads and took ages to turn on. The bath was very chipped and when you ran the taps the water leaked all across the top of the bath. The bed had lovely bedding but the bed was way too soft and ended up with snacking back in the morning. Room very hot as well."

Our room was small but clean. The room was next to the entrance door and we experienced a lot of noise when the door opened and closed.
My husband twice requested an extra pillow but it never materialised.
We ate in the restaurant on both nights. The food was very nice but we had to chase the waitress for our desserts on both occasions.
