「 I had a wonderful time. There were a few mishaps initially in the beginning (refrigerator left unplugged and there was water all over the floor) but other than that my stay was wonderful. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again.」

「現在はシェラトンではなく、ABUJA CONTINETAL HOTELです。もともとあった1階の受付は閉じられており、その横に小さな机が２つ置かれて、臨時の受付をしていました。1階にはオフィスやお店がありますが、大くが営業活動をしていません。 部屋は活気がなく、ひと気もまばらです。私の客室通路のランプは壊れ、灯はついていませんでした。通路の先はごみが散らかっていました。ワードローブの扉はうまく空きませんでした。スプリンクラーの数が少なく、火災が起きた際は心配です。 一方で、毎日水は提供してくれました、朝食もおいしくいただきました。シャワーのお湯も、水圧も問題ありません。WIFI環境は部屋によって異なります。私が最初に使った部屋は、数日後にアクセスできなくなりましたが、引っ越しした部屋ではうまく利用できました。 リノベーションをしての再生を期待しています。 」

「The place was clean with friendly staff eager to please. Just the dining didn’t have most of the food items in their menu. Very safe and very comfortable. I will recommend this place. 」

「First of all the receptionist said they can’t find my booking despite I showed my booking number on my email and my payment and said they don’t even deal with hotels.com. Nor Expedia. I got very frustrated and delayed for a while after they called a manager he finally told me to give me a room as if it was by pity. Too much light issues in this hotel. Sometimes every 15min. Anytime any person passes by my room I hear it and it disturbs my sleep…」

「The A/C need to be on while the generator when the generator is turned off after a power cut as the weather is outrageously hot.」

「Booked and paid for my room three months ahead, but when I got to check-in they don't have my reservation. They are looking through a big pile of papers. It was the middle of the night and I was exhausted from the long flight. They demanded that I pay for the reservation again, IN CASH! I refused, so they let me stay one night but come back the next morning to meet with the manager. Spent 2+ hours trapped in an office with no cell reception, they kept demanding I pay in cash. Finally got through...

「Wonderful staff. Great location. Very safe and quiet. Love the poolside. Great hangout place and music there is really soft so you can hear yourselves. Only issue is they advertise here that they provide free breakfast. That’s false. Not even a drop of water free. That kind of false advertising should not be allowed. Otherwise it’s a very good hotel. Love it.」
