「入住時因滿房而擅自要更改我的預定，改去別家評價很低的飯店入住，無法接受。2小時後因有人取消入住才得以在原飯店入住，但隔天還要換房間。處理過程很差勁，第一晚的房間還降等且空調聲音很大，很難入睡。總之，打亂渡假的心情是最令人沮喪的。」

「Our stay was more than amazing. The hotel is located wonderfully, directly at the beach with amazing views. The food and cocktails were delicious and the prices for the food and drinks were fair. What made our stay really memorable is the amazing staff of the hotel. Every single employee was so friendly and attentive, i have never experienced service like that. 「We enjoyed our 6 night stay. The location of the hotel on the beach is perfect. The staff is very attentive, service minded and positive. We enjoyed the gym and SPA and our wonderful balcony from where we could see the most spectacular sunsets. We would have appreciated a better WiFi ( the small beach restaurants close by had a much better and faster WiFi). The poor WiFi is not acceptable in a place like this. We do not recommend eating at the hotel restaurant- so many better places around. And...

「First time in Sri Lanka. Simply one of the best hotels we have stayed in anywhere. Friendly, courteous staff who couldn't do enough for us, a superb room with a balcony offering a beautiful beach view. We stayed five nights and didn't bother to eat anywhere else - the food was excellent. We wanted to take the chef home with us. We took long walks along the beaches and spent a lot of time in the wonderful hotel grounds and by the very stylish infinity pool. We want to visit Sri Lanka again soon...

「This was our second stay on our trip in Sri Lanka as we enjoyed the hotel so much the first time. Lovely comfortable rooms. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. We dined in both restaurants and the food was excellent in each one. The rooftop bar has a really nice vibe to enjoy the stunning sunsets/cocktails. Would totally recommend if in this area. 」

「This was our second stay at Asian Jewel and it was every bit as enjoyable as the first. Our room (Jasmine) had a direct panoramic view of Bird Lake and we saw many different species of birds as well as small animals including chipmunks, water monitors, geckos (and a cobra one one day but soon banished by the staff...). The staff here are wonderful, friendly and welcoming and nothing too much trouble, and the food is excellent with both Sri Lankan and British options. We are vegetarians and they...

「1、员工服务极好，始终微笑、欢迎果汁、热情答疑，并努力想为我们做中国口味的海鲜（虽然没成功，但他们是真心给力）；2、硬件棒，带私家泳池和海滩；3、每天会进行房间打扫清理；4、每天经理都很热情真诚的问我们Is everything OK ? 并为我们排忧解难；5、早餐好棒，是我们在兰卡这么多天唯一的自助餐早餐，品种丰富，味道好；6、酒店住房很大，房间和卫生间都很大，直面大海，阳台也很大，太超值了；7、房间里面床，茶几，椅子等配套齐全，舒适，空调热水都很不错。若房间也有WIFI就更好了。 8、交通较方便，去附近的几个景点玩都在半小时TUTU车程内。」
