"Beautiful clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed and fantastic rain head shower. From our balcony we had the most amazing view over the lake. The staff are very attentive, Peter their maitre de gives the most professional service we have had since leaving Australia. The owners Kumudula and his wife Sulani (I hope I've spelt your names right) made us feel so welcome from the start. "This hotel was beautiful, but the road to get there may not be worth it. It eventually turns into a dirt road and it can be dangerous. It is a very long way up the mountain. The only way to get there is a tuktuk or scooter, but that still could be dangerous. Just know that it is a long way out of Kandy."
