Value Outside Delhi on fast yellow line metro

Easy check in friendly service from all staff. Air con worked well and great wifi. The most comfortable bed so far in India. If something doesn't seem to work just ask. There's always a smile and a solution! Room service food was generous fast and hot.

Service staff is pathetic u have to call them 2-3 time for just drinking water. When u asked them to show room they say go and see the room by yourself. There behaviour is too rude. There service charge is high.

I booked this online with expedia. It was very hard to find with a tiny sign that was not visible until I got out of the cab and looked all around for it. I showed up with my receipt and was told that they do not allow foreigners, only Indian. They refused a refund and while I tried to contact Expedia and another cab from the lobby they called 5 men to the lobby and escorted my out by force. The entire place was coated with visible dirt. The area was like the US dust bowl and they kept the front door open. The restaurant looked closed but I didn't enter. It was so covered in filth that it should have been. This place was an absolute nightmare.

Leider sehr dreckig und staubig, letzteres kann auch an der Umgebung liegen (Ort mit der schlechtesten Luftqualität weltweit. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers lässt jedoch sehr zu wünschen übrig, absolut nicht mit Zuständen in Europa vergleichbar, für 18 Euro pro Nacht muss man sich allerdings auch fragen was man erwartet. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, kommt nicht nach Indien und erwartet dass ihr einen super günstigen Urlaub habt, wollt ihr europäische Hygienestandards, gibt es auch europäische Preise. Das Bett war jedenfalls im Leben nicht frisch, die Klimaanlage war aus dem vorigen Jahrtausend und das Bad Mega dreckig. Kann diese Unterkunft ausländischen Touristen nicht empfehlen, macht für den Preis was sie soll, jedoch merkt man sofort warum nach den Eu-Hygienerichtlinien keine Hotels zu diesem Preis in Europa möglich sind.
