this is a fraud booking. the hotel does not exist. had interacted on chat with a customer agent with hotels.com. was give a reference number 21530996 and was told money would be refunded in 24-48 hours. no action and impossible to get an agent on chat.

First, I messaged the hotel through the app twice with zero response prior to my arrival. The Hotel doesn't even exist. When I called them once I had reached the address listed, they hung up on me. It was a completely different hotel at that address. I had to walk around asking various other hotels for availability.
