The stay was average at best. The buffet breakfast is topped up at around 7:15AM and neglected thereafter. The staff at the restaurant is least bothered and there’s no option of having fresh breakfast made for you despite your willingness to pay. I booked the hotel looking at the reviews about the food. Unfortunately, I completely disagree. It was below average at best. Room service/ cleaning was another major let down. The soap dispenser was topped up just enough for a couple of uses. The towel was not refreshed on a daily basis. The floors were dirty. The TV was not working for all of the 4 nights I stayed. During checkout when I asked for the invoice, I was told the accountant was yet to arrive and that they would send it across after he was in office. It’s been over a week now and I’m still waiting for the invoice. Lethargic, is what I think of the staff. Would I recommend? Absolutely, no!
