You will have an experience of living like locals. The only thing that makes it different from a high-rated hotel is that it is a residential building, and people living there include serviced apartment guests as well as local residents who either own the apartment or rent here for the long term. This means that there could be noises that is out of control by the management.

Lots of noisy kids staying at the hotel. They made big noise in the lobby, the corridor outside my room. Nobody from the hotel reminded them of the disturbance.
