A well priced pleasant oldee style motel.

Really pleasant staff. Rang to check and wgen ww woukd arrive. Very quick eady check in. Room as booked. Plenty of tea,coffee etc. Parking out front of unit. Pool available. Easy walk to main part of Gunnedah.

Room was awkward as kitchen was in spare room so when baby was asleep we couldn’t go in. Overall rooms were fine but the pool was green and couldn’t swim. Staff were very friendly and it was close to everything we needed. There were some questionable characters hanging around a couple of times but didn’t cause us any problems.

No microwave...told not with standard must get deluxe..gave us a toaster but no knife or plate...bathroom tiles never seen a scrubbing brush..aircon should be in antique shop...ineffective. Worst room of our whole trip...and certainly not cheapest.
