「good」

「Room didn’t feel clean. I spilled water on the floor and used a towel to clean the spill. The towel was filthy after wiping up the water. Shower curtain had holes in it and the shower head was rusted. Sheets seemed clean and staff changed the sheets and made the bed daily. Staff was friendly.」

「Rooms are aged. Door jam for our room was missing a large piece. Understaffed so I waited 15 minutes for a drink at the bar behind the lone desk clerk. This was a one time deal. Too pricey with the condition of the place. No real damage either from the recent hurricane.」

「The bathroom in my non-smoking room absolutely reeked of smoke, there was visible mold on the bathroom floor, the wifi was incredibly slow (probably because the network was supposed to be password protected, but wasn't), and the floor was filthy (walked barefoot across the room one time and the bottoms of my feet were completely black). The bed wasn't very comfortable either, but that didn't bother me as much as the other issues.」

「My room was very clean, but the bathroom extractor was not functioning properly. I mentioned the problem to the front desk person. Breakfast was very good and fresh, with enough time to eat. The hotel area is well situated. There is no noisy traffic close to it. The bed appeared a little old, because it made a lot of noise. The TV remote control did not work well. The hot water for the chocolate was cold.」

「Very friendly staff, quiet and clean room」

「They are always there to help, they have excellent customer services and are really accomidating when you need them to be. It's also in a great location they are 4-8mins from grocery stores and the beach you can get to in 20mins.」
