"The check-in experience on the day of our arrival was rather unpleasant. Due to the heavy cleaning workload during the holiday, our check-in was delayed. Shortly after we settled in and began to rest, another guest used a key card to enter our room. This happened because of a front desk error, where the room was assigned twice, which gave us quite a fright. However, Harris Liu Lisong, the hotel manager, promptly apologized and compensated us, which helped ease our minds. That said, we hope the staff can improve their professional skills and not always rely on the manager to rectify the situation for them."
