"Overall - the room is clean, for us the lighting needs to be updated, somewhat dark, even the color / painting of the room is dark, The window curtain is torn, As always the staff are the best! very courteous/ very good customer, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast are excellent !! And the place itself is safe and very accessible. Prize is resonable."

"The room was spotless and neat! Everything in its place. Staff were very helpful and always carried a pleasant smile! Lots of shopping and restaurants close within walking distance! Special mention to Miss Madonna, the Chamber Maid. Very cheerful and always ready to accommodate! Always had a positive attitude! I highly recommend Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod!"

"The staff were very pleasant. I wanted to use an Iron to iron my shirt, they said there was a 250php per hr to use it. I have never heard of a hotel charging to use an iron in my life. We also had to change rooms due to the noise from construction going on. The second room we had wasn’t too bad but the water pressure was terrible. Also we had a few issues with power outlets not working. Great location though."
