residence da non riprenotare, non soddisfatto

il mio soggiorno posso riassumerlo in breve:pessimo da ogni punto di vista. 1) Manutenzione stanza al 30% (rifarei un bel pò di cose; 2) acqua calda un bel sogno (dicono che c'è il centro benessere aperto e che quindi la assorbe il centro benessere) e noi poveri clienti paganti che soggiorniamo???? no comment; 3) richiesto e prenotato come da sito letto king ci siamo ritrovati a dormire su letto con asse in legno e materassino in lattice di 5 cm; la schiena ancora mi fa male, se dormivo per terra stavo più comodo; 4) colazione a pagamento euro 5,00 a persona (direi no comment); cosa provata e purtroppo subita affittano le stanze anche ad ore (la camera vicina alla nostra) pareti di carta, abbiamo vissuto l'esperienza di due persone che si inconravano (o scontravano non so bene) e poi liberi e felici se ne sono andati dopo 3 ore (NO COMMENTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) CHE DIRE IN CONSLUSIONE, MAI PIU' SIGNORI E SIGNORE. C'è DECISAMENTE DI MEGLIO. E COSTA ANCHE MENO. CIAO E BUON SOGGIORNO A VOI CHE LO SCEGLIETE.

hotel situato in un posto bellissimo ma introvabile grazie alle fasulle o errate indicazioni del sito, accoglienza non delle migliori, proprietari inesistenti, responsabilità accollata a i poveri dipendenti che parlano male l'italiano, pretendono pagamento anticipato (forse perché sanno che i clienti dopo la conoscenza del posto non pacherebbero più) pulizia camere, le hanno mai fatte? cortesia e disponibilità personale, non comment...

ideal pour tous

Superbe hôtel, a proximité de tout (super marcher, centre-ville de Rome, monument...). Personnels très acceuillant et chaleureux, très serviable. Pour un voyage en couple avec un enfant et un budget pas trop élever, c'est le meilleur rapport qualité prix.

Great stay

Great villa!!!! We had a great time at this villa. We had 9 people in our group (5 adults and 4 children) and everyone enjoyed it. The rooms were nice the pool was great and so was the service. Denisa(manager) was ver friendly and helpful. She gave us some great advice on our trip and recommended a wonderful restaurant for us. Would definitely come back again

Hôtel miteux !

Arrivé dans un hôtel ou l'on met de longue minute a nous ouvrir le portail extérieur, Puis accueil par une dame gentil mais qui disparaît bien vite une fois nous avoir ouvert la porte de la chambre. Dans la chambre un énorme volet fermé à clé, nous recherchons alors quelqu'un pour qu'il nous l'ouvre mais impossible de trouver quelqu'un, nous tombons sur l'homme de ménage qui nous dit qu'il est impossible de l'ouvrir car travaux, nous avons donc passé notre séjour dans le noir. Deuxième point et pas des moindre, le matelas complètement foutue, avec une couette rajouter sur le dessus pour tenter de diminuer la sensation des ressorts ! Je rajouterai aussi la musique du hall (assez-forte) éteinte a 22 heures, la piscine vide en mai,la propreté de la chambre plus que limite ainsi que les bois du lit qui était littéralement cassé. Bref, comme tous les autres commentaires le disent, un Hôtel à fuir !!

B&b ai limiti della decenza

Poco più di una stamberga, per quanto al corpo principale (quello laterale, oggetto di ristrutturazione, non l'ho visionato); bagno al limite, con pannelli doccia instabili, water con incrostazioni, asciugamani con sgradevole "profumo". Colazione da dimenticare: latte e caffè in brocche su piastre termiche, brioche confezionate da hard discount, due barattoli di marmellata, pan carré tostabile e burro spesso di pietra, due brocche di succo, cucchiai e piattini di plastica. La prima mattina, in cucina, oltre alla caffettiera, il microonde, tazze e tazzine lavate e/o da lavare, c'era il bidone dell'immondizia, scopa, paletta e rifiuti di colazione, tutto insieme appassionatamente. Reception presidiata solo dalle 10 alle 18 da una tipa rumena, che era tutto sommato disponibile e gentile, mentre per il resto della giornata c'erano un paio di inservienti tutto fare, sudamericani, credo, del tutto inadeguati, anche se tutti si sforzavano di essere gentili, riuscendo anche a mostrare di impegnarsi per cercare di offrire un minimo di servizio (onore al merito!). Ampio e piacevole giardino della struttura, ma sotto l'incrocio di due elettrodotti, con un bel pò di tralicci intorno. Ok il parcheggio interno gratuito, mentre non ho verificato la qualità del centro benessere. Prezzo expedia contenuto (156 € per 3 notti in una tripla, che sarebbero stati 285, se avessi prenotato direttamente con la struttura). È un b&b, certo, ma ho visto di molto meglio e non ci tornerei!

For the money you pay for this hotel you really should not complain. Keep in mind however that this hotel is far from Rome and you are more likely to enjoy your stay if you are driving to it. The staff especially Denise and Mustapha both were very helpful.

Di poche pretese ma molto riservato e tranquillo

Stanza non ancora pronta pur essendo arrivato alle 17,00. Lo stesso è accaduto a due persone arrivate il giorno successivo. Il personale sembrava assolutamente scontento di trovarsi lì, anche se alla fine tutto è andato bene. Colazione molto molto scarna e di scarsa qualità, pur comunque essendo il suo prezzo di soli 3 euro quindi non si può chiedere chissà che. Accanto alla piscina, ben curata e pulita comunque, c'è un patio con un mini ristorante che cucina prodotti surgelati, ma non c'è il menù esposto e bisogna chiedere per capire bene cosa si può mangiare. Consiglierei questo hotel ad un amico ma dovrebbe davvero accontentarsi.....

il recidence è carino ma la stanza cadeva a pezzi

il riscaldamento non funzionava, al materasso uscivano le molle ed era scomodissimo, nel bagno manca il bidè e il lavandino non è nel bagno ma nella stanza.

buona posizione a pochi km dal centro e soprattutto in una zona senza traffico ed immersa nel verde. Peccato che non facciano le pulizie della camera se rimani per piu' di una notte. Nel complesso mi sono trovato bene e se mantengono queste quotazioni ci ritorno.

It is a very good hotel but it is far far away from Rome. If you have your own car and you prefer to be outside th city center then this Hotel it will be your dream place, otherwise your nightmare.... The staff of the hotel are very plesant and really helpfull... I lgive my regards to the peruvian receptionist...

Tutto cambia!

Sono rimasta delusa! E' la terza volta che soggiorno quì, ma non con le stesse soddisfazioni. Sono passata da una camera spaziosa per la prima volta ad una piccola con servizio igienico separata da lavabo e doccia...per poi non parlare del rifacimento della camera....su tre giorni nessun ordine e quando l'ho richiesto mi è stato detto di doverlo pagare così come per il sapone e le asciugamani pulite.... Insomma.....non credo di tornarci se le condizioni non saranno diverse.

Det var alt i alt et okay sted at være, der kunne godt ha været mulighed for at lave en kop kaffe på værelset, f.eks hvis der havde været en lille elkedel eller lign. Stille og roligt sted.

Det er et meget hyggeligt lille hotel. Maden i restauranten er ikke hvad man forestiller sig at få på landet i Italien, men ok. Swimming poolen er ren og haven flot holdt. Det er billigt, og man får meget for pengene!
