「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Our stay was amazing, from the staff, the food, the spa, and our villa. Great location, beach was close by and golf buggies ready if we were fleeing lazy to walk. Cannot wait to come back. 」
