Quick trip to Guerande

Modern hotel close to the centre of the old town. Convenient for visiting the region. Good sized rooms and excellent air conditioning. Would stay here again.

Une nuit

Hôtel propre, le personnel est souriant et agréable, je n'ai pas utilisé les services spa et sauna, donc je ne peux donner mon avis sur ce point. Le parking est grand. Au petit déjeuner, un grand choix d'aliment est proposée. Un restaurant de meme qualité aurait était appréciable, comptez une dizaine de kilomètre pour se restaurer.

Tout aurait ete parfait s'il n'y avait eu une forte odeur de tabac dans la chambre, et qu'il n'y avait pas d'autre chambre libre. Dommage pour un hotel non fumeur.

Bien choisir sa chambre

Hôtel utilisé pour des séminaires d'entreprise. Le premier soir un groupe a commencé un cocktail autour de la piscine vers 22h30 jusqu'aux alentours de minuit et cela résonne beaucoup entre les deux bâtiments. Lors d'un prochain séjour je demanderai une chambre donnant sur l'extérieur. Je demanderai aussi une chambre sans porte communicante.

Qualité de service à revoir.

Hôtel agréable mais qualité de service à revoir. Demande à la réservation et à mon arrivée d’une chambre au calme. On me dit oui et je me retrouve à côté de l’ascenseur face à la porte d’entrée du bâtiment…. Une odeur de cigarette est apparue dans ma chambre pendant la nuit et m’a gêné jusqu’au matin. J’en ai informé l’accueil dès le matin. La réponse : "nous pensons voir qui c’est". Mais aucune autre réaction ou excuse. Depuis, j’ai demandé à 2 reprises une facture mentionnant uniquement le PDJ et la taxe de séjour sans le prix de la chambre car il est en décalage avec ce que j’ai payé via Hotel.com. Et je n’ai toujours rien reçu par mail. En bref, je n’y retournerai pas.
