「We booked a deluxe room for 3 people only to get there for the receptionist to tell us they only had a double room in the basement and there was no manager so they couldn’t do anything about it. Even after messaging the manager I never got a reply. The sauna was also out of order.」

However, on 22 January, I noticed an unauthorized charge of AED 3,033.71 made by the hotel to my card. I immediately contacted the reception. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was unprofessional and insisted that the booking had not been paid, despite me providing clear proof of payment. The issue was not resolved...
