「El hotel cuenta con instalaciones limpias y es lindo, el personal fue amable, pero no pudimos descansar muy bien, debido a que la cama y la almohada No son tan cómodas.」

「Cushions had a dirty looking, too cold to be in the outside pool. Indoor pool over crowded an a lot of bleach smell like. For $25 dollars breakfast buffet per person it was kind of too much considering we didn’t go to stuck up our stomach with food. They had a party inthere We couldn’t sleep! We complained and they said, they had a party that got out of hand. I should have stick to $250 hotel I was planning on staying.」

「The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean but there was no hot water.and the stairs are not kept up there broken tile on the steps.dangerous. Otherwise the hotel was and parking was good for the 2 nights we stayed there.thank you all and we’ll definitely return there next time.😊😊」

「I liked the property but some places need upgrades. I went Sunday to Tuesday and a restaurant was open just the weekends. The bar next to the swimming pool was closed. The jacuzzi was durty and not to hot. A lot of kids without adults supervising and no staff checking that. The hotel advertice an adult swimming pool but was not the case. I used the spa facilities and a sauna was closed, the steam room out of service, and the prices the same of USA. If 1/2 of the facilities will be not working,...

「Getting to property is extremely difficult, can miss exit since it’s just a dirt road down a ditch then have to climb a lot of steps to reach the property, Casa 2 has a rusty smell. Toilet with sink is small separate from shower. View is nice but a construction building right in front is a sore eye」
