Owners condition that you turn the AC off when you leave and only have the auto fan on left the apartment hot all the time. The location has plenty of restaurant options and the view is nice, especially at night but it does get a little noisy on the riverfront.

The views from all apartments were amazing, but I believe that in all 5 apartments that were rented the amazing views and decor didn’t match the outdated appliances. Furthermore, due to safety, you are only allowed one elevator key and for your specific floor, which is madness if you are traveling with a big family that are placed in different floors. I am thankful for helping me accommodate a big family, in rooms with amazing and comfortable rooms.

I was under the impresion this was a regular hotel suite. It is not. Great people but they only give you one key and it makes it hard for two not along three of us to make separate plans. One of us could not go to the pool while the other went to get something to eat or sight see. because of only one key. Also The AC and Television need repair. Great Host, Great location and great view.

La suite tiene una ubicación privilegiada a orillas del río Guayas y una hermosa vista. Es cómoda y acogedora. Hay algo de ruido hasta tarde en la noche por los muchos locales que hay abajo. En general, recomendable.
