The bar was stoked and the air-conditioning was very cold. I had to turn off and get a blanket. Most of the staff are not people or service friendly. A few that stood out were Ana in the buffet, Alejandro in the timeshare area, Elias that took us over to the timeshare, the young lady that served us in the "reserved"outside timeshare bar area. Our daughter was ill 2/2 water contamination and was limited on what she could eat as she was bedridden.There was minimal help in getting food to her from the folks in charge. Room service was not available on several occasions to bring food to her. Our VIP status meant nothing.

Clean well kept property. Lots of beach and pool chairs, easy to find shade at the beach, not so much at the pools. Buffet was enjoyable, with decent selection. A la Carter restaurants were also enjoyable, tried the Dominican fusion and Mexican… delicious!

The pictures do not match the real experience at all I’m pretty sure they are stock images. Only good thing is the staff were all nice but we did not even complete our stay due to the quality.

Well where should I start.. welcoming was good until we got to the room! What a disappointment.. not what it shows ! Motel 6 is more like it ! Refrigerator was broken then went to call them and phone didn’t work. No tv remote .. AC was great .. but ceiling leaked over the toilet when it was on .. Not all pools are accessible.. Building 4 has an adult pool for them only .. all pools close at 5 . We stayed in building 8.. I think it’s for the discounted rooms from other websites.. this building looked different from the others.. The night time beach bar staff was excellent! They are open 24 hours.. The food was ok.. Not bad not good.. Alcohol below budget.. coffee house not everything is free.. Shower head broke on 4th day. I wouldn’t recommend but if you do Elite club ! And also don’t take the welcome gift .. it’s like a time share slot you have to do and is a waist of time !!90 min to 2 hours.The Bach was nice swim able.. but vendors bother you.. and also there are cats in the buffet while you eat .. and dogs on the beach ..

We had a leak on the ceiling in the bathroom. It was dripping into the sink and on the sink all day and night. The room phone was not working. We contacted hotel staff by What’s App and in person. The drip was not fixed. Our friends who stayed in a different room had the same problem.

Great cleaning personal, entertainment was great Dominican show of the night. Horrible check in, waited to long. Room were available after 5pm. Showers ban in 2 of 3 rooms. Water spread all over. I requested the 3 rooms to be together and I got the three room in opposite and different floor. It was a nightmare.

I got to the hotel at about 1:30pm at which time i was told that no rooms were ready and i have to wait till 3:00pm after returning to get a room, there was a hotel staff working on the lock, room was not ready and given a different room. This room now had a clogged shower, over flowing and water running into the room like a pool. I was told by the staff that it was my fault for not placing a towel to block the water. no accountability on hotel just reflection. Restaurant food was limited and simply horrible. I would never recommend or go back there ever again.
