「This hotel in my opinion, occupies one of the best positions along the La Concha promenade and importantly has a terrace which many other properties do not. Everything about the stay was exceptional. The in-room amenities were well thought out. We stayed in a delux room with a sea view. There is a pillow menu available and my feather pillow was delivered within minutes of asking for it. 「This is a newly restored hotel in the perfect location in the casco viejo de San Sebastian (the old part of the town) within walking distance of everything you will want to do, including going to La Concha beach. It is clean, everything works and the rooms have everything you expect. Our room faced the Basilica de Santa Maria del Coro built in the 18th century (and yes, the church bells ring but they did not bother us and it adds to the charm!). Short walk to beach and close distance to shops downtown and old town area. Easy access to bus stations (we took the bus to old town when we didn’t want to walk). Quiet neighborhood, and very safe. 「Whilst the hotel is reasonably smart it’s overpriced in my opinion. Pillows are poor, rooms small and it was very noisy so poor sleep quality. Roof top pool has very few sunbeds and we found it impossible to get a space so this amenity was not available. Staff were pleasant.」
