The staff had no idea about my booking. The only reason they have a 24 hour reception is because the extended family live onsite. The entire property needs better description on the Expedia Website. It obvious why there limited photos.

Property is located in Zone 8 which is close to everything in Guatemala City, the host of this property was very kind, attentive and helpful. Is one of the few places were you can accommodate 5 persons in one room without extra charges. Really a good option.
