「A breakfast was advertised during the booking. But since we used an agency, I was told the breakfast was not included. Possibly a lower price, but for me it was false advertising. No offer was made by staff for me to purchase breakfast. So we left, sad.」

「Ok, first don't expect that this hotel would match the top hotels in big cities. This place is a small city where you don't find better restaurants open after 9 pm. This hotel is decent and mostly clean. AC works great. Employees are very nice. Just nobody speaks English at all. Lucky I have a Spanish speaking companion with me or it would be very difficult communicating. They don't offer breakfast but there is a nice restaurant next to it. 「Everything was good until the time we checked out. While we were waiting for the Uber, the hotel staffs, two ladies, asked me to come over then told me “Uber can’t go to the airport, you should call taxi”. I asked my Uber driver is it true and obviously, it’s a lie. I can understand the stuffs want us to call taxi in front of the hotel but it’s not a good reason to tell your customers a lie. I feel really upset when leaving the hotel. There must be something wrong with their stuff training. 」
