Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
booked through Expedia. got the credit card charged nonrefundable....guess what there was no room..no hotel... no one allowed me in..this hotel is not operational. they dont even answer the phone. Expedia still wants me to confirm with the hotel that does not answer....what alousy situation
