Had issue with unsociable guests partying. Raised complaint with hotel both verbally and in writing, which wasn't resolved. And not even the courtesy of a reply. The booking was made and paid for through Expedia and my contract is with them. They are responsible for making sure the stay matched what was advertised and resolving the complaint. Expedia don't recognise this and see themselves as an intermediary between me and the hotel. We checked out 21st September and 8 days on, have no reply from the hotel or Expedia.

Gorgeous property. Recommend the penthouse very affordable and world class view. Staff was very helpful in getting tickets to boating activities. Also hotel is perfect location at top of guatape short walk into town to shop and eat/drink and then take a cute colorful moto car back to hotel. Also, restaurants were great at hotel. Excellent food and service. Highly recommend and superior value

Espectacular!

Bad wifi in room in most areas of the hotel. They advertised on Booking. com that many languages were spoken at the reception. However, all employees at the hotel only spoke Spanish. Hence, difficult to ask for advice and receive good service that you would expect from a hotel at this level. All in all we expected more from this hotel at that price.
