The hotel is conveniently located with a metro station right downstairs, so travelling by subway is effortless. The room is very clean and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. You can see this tallest tower right after exiting the metro station.I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows.The front desk staff were very nice.They upgraded us free of charge to a large room with a projector and granted a one-hour late check out.Amazing!

Fantastic location directly above Changgang Metro Station. The hotel is inside a high-rise office building with plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean and tidy, offering great value for money. Front desk service was excellent; they offered drinking water proactively. The only small thing is the elevator gets busy during office rush hours.

When we arrived well past the usual check-in time, the hotel team surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. This thoughtful act made us feel genuinely welcomed and respected. The hotel itself is wonderful. The only slight inconvenience is that the lighting by the window is a little dim for enjoying the view. It did nothing to take away from this fantastic stay.

Very convenient subway station just underground in side the building shopping good foods (if you like Chinese Cantonese cuisine)just a walking distance very safe all EV and E bike I don't see any gas station in city Transportation very cheap subway cost less than Can$1.0 per trip to around central of Guangzhou with Didi (likes Uber) cost between Can$2-$6 for going a round city with in 5 km. You must have data internet phone with Alipay or Wechat pay to purchase any thing.

The room is outdated, and you can see parts of the wall breaking and falling off. The AC is loud at night and does not cool the room. The lighting is good in the room, but the hallway is as dark as a scary movie. My biggest complaint is that there is a step in the middle of the room, which is very dangerous, especially when you have children or elderly people with you; if you do not pay attention at night, it could be a major hazard. I almost fell down, but luckily I did not. The location is good, maybe because it is close to where I lived before I moved to the US, so I am familiar with the area; there are lots of shops, restaurants, and buses, and it is right on top of the subway, making it easy to go anywhere you like.

This was the WORST hotel I stayed in, the location is beyond difficult to find and once I arrived the room looked nothing like the photos and the room was very dingy. I politely asked to receive a refund and they refused to respond to the Expedia representative. 0/10 would not recommend, the photos don't match the actual room, the bed is unstable if you even sit on the bed it will move which is a big safety hazard.
