OK if you're on a budget.

We booked two Luxury King but were given keys to their cheapest rooms (with no windows!) upon check-in - the front desk staff did not mention the difference. After going back down to complain, we had to wait an hour for the rooms to be cleaned - although large and spacious, it was not the Luxury King either. The hotel also shares the building with other companies as well as a KTV bar, so it did not always feel secure for female travellers e.g. non-hotel guests had entered the hotel lift and asked us to give them access to their "friend's room" on a specific floor. Our rooms also smelled of cigarette smoke all the time but I suppose this is typical of China!

Clean, quiet, comfort, convenient

The room is big and clean. Location is great. Bus stops are just around the corner. Overall I'm very happy staying at this hotel.

Not that good

I was expecting somthing nicer the hotel is old and smelly and the rooms are very small for the price... I ended up moving to Madera Hotel much nicer !! and same price...built in 2012 everything is new... the staff in the Paco hotel do not speak very good english and they do not have laundry service so i had some trouble understanding the instructions on how to get to the laundry place... the wifi did not work well I had to have the room door open to get a signal

Pleasant time at the hotel

The hotel is at good location, few of the staff members were very good at helping us all the time when we required any help. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Lighting of the rooms and corridor is little low, there is only one lift for the hotel. seven 11 is just below the hotel, bus stop is also opposite to hotel. Cabs are always available... We had a great time at the hotel.. Specially one of its english staff member "Sharon" was a great help for us during our stay.. Thank you so much Sharon...
