An okay hotel

The bed is hard. The 3rd floor has a karaoke so the lower floor room is a bit sound. The facility here is acceptable but the cost during the Canton fair was really high. It takes 5 mins walk from Chigang station C1 exit so it's pretty nice location. During the Canton fair, they provide free shuttle bus.

這次訂的是觀景房間，還好沒遇到留言說的床過硬和水壓不夠的情況，房間看到廣州塔感覺令人舒服， 衛生用品也齊全。 不過要注意經網站訂房的價錢出現有小數位的話，到現場他們會不收現金。

It was a nightmare.

It was a nightmare. The staff completely doesn't know English at all. Room was outdated. The door is super outdated. There were stains on the walls and tables. I ended up having big bug bites and their beds are rough hard and very uncomfortable sleep on. Safety deposit box wasn't working, Bathroom was actually renovated and very nice but the shower head was broken and water kept coming off on the bottom of it. It was such a horrible experience and except check in at 6pm. How outdated can they get?! Atleast 4pm. Never again I will come to this horrible hotel.

Ett hotell i första hand för kineser

Hotellet ligger något avsides från de moderna delarna av Guangzhou och har betydligt mer lokal känsla än de många stora hotellkedjorna. Inte lätt att göra sig förstådd på engelska i receptionen och incheckningen tog lång tid. Allmänna skicket var slitet och gym/pool saknades. Frukosten var medioker om man gillar kinesisk mat och dålig om man föredrar kontinental. Nära till små butiker och restauranger och tunnelbana bara ett par hundra meter bort.

The few English speaking staff very nice and helpful. Restaurant staff very slow. As non Chinese upgrade to VIP suite, big but old. The reception staff tried their best. Expedia down payment was missing. Had to cancel second stay, Expedia charged cancellation fee, even hotel have no cancellation fee

晚上前台服務態度非常差，登記時一副命令的語氣，上到房門鎖有問題，經常開幾次也推不進，到第二天回去，房卡竟然還失效了，去前台時竟然不是幫助解決而是問我要不要續房，我可是訂了兩天的，這是我住過服務最差的洒店.

광저우 칸톤페어 전시회 관람차 묵은 숙소인데, 파주전시장까지 지하철로 3정거장이고, 호텔에서 지하철까지 걸어서 5분 내외라 전시장 가기는 편함. 다만, 호텔내 레스토랑 직원들이 영어가 되지 않아 의사소통이 불편하고 식비도 신용카드는 안되고 현금만 받아서 불편함

지하철은 가까워서 너무 좋다.

숙소는 깔끔하다고 볼수있음. 하지만 냉장고 고장으로 안됨. 스탠드 코드불량으로 조명안들어옴. 전시회 기간이라 투숙객많아 방 옮기기도 쉽지않아 그냥 지냈지만 전체적으로 시설보수가 필요함.
