Traveled on business to Guangzhou. The hotel was in a walking distance from the company I had meetings with. Stayed for 4 nights. Great rooms in this new boutique hotel. Very clean. Great prices per night with Hotels.com. $8 additional for a full breakfast buffet, both western and Asian food selection. Small gym with a view. Nothing much to do in the area if you don't have a local person that will entertain you. About 90 minutes from the Gungzhou city.

Nice hotel not far from the Airport.

This was a nice hotel 15 minutes from the airport by taxi. They say they provide free transportation to the airport, but I didn't take it since the times weren't convenient. Coming from the airport you will be gouged by the taxi drivers. There are tolls on the roads between the airport and the hotel, but get a good idea of taxi fare before you fork over the cost of your hotel room to the driver. There were two double beds so you could easily sleep four people and the room was quite spacious. The enclosed shower was quite nice with both a rain shower head and a handheld one. No tub. There's a huge flat screen TV in the room with a handful of English channels. A WindowsXP computer was provided. WI-FI was fast enough for most browsing and possibly watching a movie on Youku. There was certainly plenty of desk space along with a couple of chairs. As far as I could tell the room was non smoking, though you might get a bit of smoke filtering in from the pool table area just outside the room. I stayed on the 8th floor where there are a couple of pool tables and a universal weight machine. There was also a treadmill and an elliptical cycle in that same open area along the hallway. A workout might feel good, but if you're breathing in cigarette smoke from the pool table next to you I have doubts about the health value. There was enough English spoken to check you in and pay, but I noticed a couple next to me struggling to get info about surrounding restaurants.

Bad service in a hotel they call themselves 4 star

Garden view just some little stone on the walkway. Forgot your morning call, and forgot your shuttle bus to airport., I almost missing my air flight. Unbelievable that is a 4 star hotel!
