Nice rooms code to the metro

Very clean room. Breakfast was mostly Chinese but coffee was fresh. Unlimited drinking water fountain in the room. ..that was a major plus. One negative is the lack of lighting. Room was quite dark inspite of having all the lights in the room on.

great hotel, with great breakfast

the hotel is quite good for its position, although they gave me not as their put in their picture (there are 2 building), but the both building seems so near everywhere. the staff also quite helpful eventhough they not speaking english, but they tried their best. the breakfast is yummy, not so luxurious but there are lots of chinese food as an option. for me, next time i will go guangzhou, this hotel will be one of my top list.

Do not stay at this hotel. It is not even 1 star !

Really bad all the way. It is not a 4 star hotel !!! It is about -1 star to 0 star by any standard. We have heard building A is better, but B is old and smelly ! 1. No English, and it will be your fault 2. No customer service, not even an idea of it 3. Leaking AC with a huge paddle on the floor 4. Dirty rooms with an old carpet 5. Incredibly bad breakfast 6. Mean management 7. No value for the money

Booked 4 nights, arrived at 1AM on 2nd night, the receiptionist told us that no room is available because no show on 1st night, i told them i paid for 4 nights in full, and at the beginning, they shouldnt even sold my room even tho i didnt show up becuase i paid for it. After that, they still said no rooms available, what do we want them to do (how could u ask customer for solution) then they asked for supervisior and upgraded us to a business which we r not quite happy because we booked for 2 beds, after the upgraded, it only has 1 king bed, ask for other room, said this is the only room available, well, we took the room because we don't wanna stay outside.

위치는 좋아서 여기저기 다니기 좋음 호텔 빌딩이 두개가 있음 싼방을 예약하면 안쪽 구석에 5층짜리 호텔에 작은 방을 줄거예요 화장실도 고시원스타일로 되어있고 매우 작음 방 자체도 매우 작음 깨끗하긴 해요 다시 간다면 다른데 가겠어요

What you seen is not what you got

We were given small rooms in another block 20 meters away from the 4 star looking high tower. The room is very small yet quite clean. The breakfast is Chinese style and good enough for me. Surprisingly there is an expresso coffee machine free to use. Overall, the hotel is fairly price with nothing to complain for short stays.

1. We had to wait for over ONE hour to confirm the booking at Reception, cos they said did not get Expedia booking thru email?? though we provided all the booking info from Expedia email. 2. We stayed in the old building, there is no fridge, no Iron board,etc. 3. staff attitude is ok. 4. room is clean, however, no water supply in the morning we checked out.

Good location but ridiculously hard beds

good location near to subway station so ideal for Canton Fair attendees, although the subway route to the Pazhou complex would be complicated for non Chinese speakers to follow. They do a free shuttle bus as well though which is the simplest way to get there. Rooms were clean, shower was ok but temperature fluctuated a lot. beds were horribly hard. I actually ended up bruised from it after 3 nights. breakfast was acceptable with toast and fried eggs available. other than that it was mainly Chinese style breakfast. no money exchange available. wifi in rooms was slow but usable. good selection of restaurants including a mcdonalds in the local vicinity. all in all if they improved the beds I would stay again.
