Nothing like the photos! The room was extremely basic, there were paint marks all over the walls, stretches all over the floors and mould in the kitchen and bathroom. Only positive is that it was close to Canton Fair which we were attending (which meant it was way overpriced) Wouldn’t recommend

I have been staying here for the Last 12 years , because it is economic and the closest/walking distance to the Canton Fair venues. when i first started staying there, It was GREAT/ close to the GET Show. as the years have gone past, The maintenance of the property has gone DOWN constantly every year. for the last 3 years straight, I have had to change rooms for one issue after another. THIS YEAR, i went to leave my room, and the door handle Literally broke off in my hand , and i was trapped INSIDE my room and couldn't get out ! ! ! ! I'M NOT MAKING THIS UP.... also Cleaning is at a ALL TIME MINIMUM, Hallway carpets are FILTHY Dirty , rooms tile , especially in Bathroom , filthy and not clean.... OVERALL, its a great location, but the maintenance seems to go to the Minimum. Beds from year to year get worse, This year, Springs were sticking out of mattress. .... they changed me to another room , that the BED was LITERALLY the BOX SPRING BOTTOM UNIT, NO MATTRESS and as hard as the tile floor ..... More trips to the front desk for a lot of LOST IN TRANSLATION conversations...... BUT, Its close to the canton fair,,,,, also USE expedia to book, Other sites like HOTELS .com were as much as $40.00 a Night MORE.... FYI

ESTAY at Canton Fair / Silin PolyWorld not good

Staff less than friendly to international customers , first room , TV , washing machine had no electricity, bathroom filthy dirty, half lights in room didn’t work, price was $235 for this ????? Got moved to another room , washer dumped water all over floor , bathroom dirty again, no English channels on TV, price has doubled from previous stays , value not good like before , pictures show dirt, filth Around sink and bathroom. In these days of Covid cleanliness, and for the daily price of $235. I expect a clean, healthy, well kept room. Trying to talk to all Chinese kids at front desk who are more worried about playing games on their phones , than dealing with customers and issues. If they worked for me .... I’d fire them ALL.
Filthy bathroom counter tops
Washing machine cover never stayed on and fell on floor
More filthy counter tops
Filthy shower soap area

Messed up everything, what a bad journey!

Location information, which has changed, and staff didnt even know their old name and phone number, messed me up spending over 2 hours to find the apartment. Regarding the service, the staff were extremely rude and no respect. The in-house facilities were different from the information provided by the confirmation email, and therefore I called them via intercom several times. Surprisingly, they were cocky and said to their colleagues "their phone again!!" with very, very, very impolite tone. Moreover, they gave us a rolling eyes when we went to front counter for inquiries. When it comes to the in-house facilities, the bathroom faucet was rubbish. It didn't work, no water! The other faucets were messed up too! Overall speaking, I won't recommend you to go for this hotel. Ridiculous.
