When we checked in, they couldn’t find our reservation record which we paid in advance to Expedia. we booked a lower rate room with no breakfast and have to pay at the spot (US$60 cheaper than what we paid to Expedia). When we checked out, they refunded us what we paid to them but not the amount that we paid to Expedia since they already received the payment from Expedia.

我們一行人2:30到達酒店, 竟然要待到5點才完成兩間房間的清潔程序和進房, 嚴重阻礙我們的行程 客房冷氣完全不足夠, 即使晚間開到最低溫度也會流汗 沒有隔音的房間, 可以清楚聽見隔壁的對話內容 電力供應不足, 我的電話要充上8小時才完成由30%開始的充電

Self-Contained and luxurious but not a lot around

The hotel has lots of wonderful features - including spacious rooms, kettle and refrigerator, premium bedding and cable channels. The service was friendly and very attentive. The facilities themselves are wonderful, with a gym, bowling alley, arcade, and even a salon. The hotel is within a gated community, Country Garden, so there was not a lot locally to enjoy.

늦은 시간까지 식사할 수 있는 식당을 운영해서 좋았고 아침 조식도 가격에 비해서 훌륭했습니다. 지은지 좀 오래되어서 내부 시설들이 좀 낡았습니다. 외부환경도 리조트라고 하기에는 좀 부족한 듯 합니다.

酒店環境舒適，但電器設備壞掉，燈制壞不能関上，空調壊，幸好天氣涼，電視不能開。應該是床頭控制器的問題，退房時投訴，服務員的態度很好。整體還可以，只是偏遠一些。如市區有專車直到酒店就方便一些

Worst Experience Of My Life

To say this was the worst experience of my life is a true understatement. Out dated, dirty hotel, rude non english speaking staff, disgusting food served not to menu description, messed up billing (paid online through hotels.com and then charged again on CC, and had to explain!), and to make it worse arrived at 2am and there was a cockroach in my bed. Honestly, avoid at all costs!

差劲到极点的酒店　

去过那么多酒店　，这次实在是：１.拖着行李去客房经过长长的走廊的时候，前面有个服务生准备用吸尘器打扫，离我们就几步的距离，我们托着行李，有小孩老人，无视我们不打招呼都无所为，竟然把吸尘器横着拉开，全部挡住我们的去路，我们要提起行李，跨过去，这样的服务。。。。２.客房的空调完全不起作用，因为白天都不在客房，晚上回来小孩热得一直哭闹，后来联系客服来弄也不见效果，态度也不错，我们就算了，懒得折腾了，整晚给小孩扇扇子。。。如果换了其他人肯定跟酒店的人闹，我们就算了。。。３.酒店的健身房竟然没有空调！我们是去避暑度假的，想舒适的游下泳，结果游泳池也难逃煮饺子的下场，因为附近碧桂园的住户也都过来游泳，所以人多可想而知。。。４.第二天退房了，后来查房的时候竟然说少了一个小咖啡勺子，我解释说我们没有拿到也没有看到呀　。他们说会不会小孩子拿去玩了，那个桌子很高的，一岁半的小孩根本够不着，我问了老人有没有拿了放哪里了，他们也说没拿到，而且早上看到好像就是只有两个勺子了，进酒店的时候我们错了，就应该每一细项都仔细核对的，我们相信你们，所以没有核对　，可是我们真的没有拿过那个勺子，是不是你们当时就没有备齐的，结果他们却为了只有一把手指长的小勺子一再为难我们，这不是说要赔钱的问题，赔一把勺子用不了多少钱，你那么大一间酒店这样为难小孩老人实在是太过分了，后来我不服气，我们的确是没拿过勺子，然后大堂说再上去找找吧，我就上去，让客服给我开的门，结果是他们自己的员工在咖啡碟子下找到了那么勺子，我当时就说他们怎么没仔细找清楚就说我们拿的勺子，而且勺子就在咖啡碟子的下面，他们找都没找就说我们拿了勺子，后来回到大堂，把押金退给我们，什么也没有说，我说要给个解释，结果前台的一男一女的不管我们，我说你们不管，那把投诉意见表给我，我要填写投诉意见，结果找了半天也没找着，当时又赶时间，在等待的时间里没有任何一个人过来解释。。。回去的时候打了电话，后来仅有一个年轻人回电了。。。。这样的酒店真是无语了

Decent Hotel but Too Remote from the Main Road

I think this is one of my shortest review because there are nothing to say about this hotel. This hotel is too far away from the main road. Even though we had car, we had to drive about 10 mins from the main gate to the main building of this hotel. The whole structure is getting old, lack of maintenance is observed. I stay in a room on the 1st floor, which mainland state "2/F". The room is roomy but the carpet getting old. Room lights are not enough. Bathroom is roomy as well. Room amenities are enough, not too much, not too less. They are a relaxing swimming pool which is clean and decent. Restaurants are nearby. Western food is not too good. I only can say it is Chinese style western dishes. Nothing more can say about this hotel because they really don't have much to be introduced.

For this time trip I am really unhappy as well two case I want share with you, the taxi services the charge is extremely higher just go to closer mtr station need to pay for rmb120 do you believe that and the staff said in here we the taxi is not use the meter and the second case is the train bus route schedule never well prepare everything is don't know I am very disappointed
