We found a few cockroaches in the restroom and on the room floor. The restroom always had a sewer smell. No hot water to shower at night. Only in the morning. We had to ask staff for support in managing the air conditioner. They offered pickup from the airport at a cost, but we were not informed ...

Hotel de la Paz
This was our first time staying in this Hotel. The hotel staff was GREAT super friendly and helpful…maybe one of them needed a break (to bad I didn’t get her name). The view from my room GORGEOUS!!. Very clean definitely will be going back to them.

Casa Kloster Hotel Boutique
The hotel is centrally located to shops , restaurants, and other activities. The rooms were clean . The staff was attentive and polite. At night; the streets can get loud, but it does get quiet again once majority of city activities are over. The breakfast offered was delicious.
