"Nunca pude llegar al chek in, ya que el hotel se encuentra en un camino intransitable, incluso está cerrado por la autoridad por reparación y es el único camino de acceso, SOLICITO DE LA MANERA MÁS ATENTA MI REEMBOLSO, ya que de estos hechos tuvo conocimiento el personal del Hotel"
