"이 호텔 뷰빼고는 아주 최악입니다. 사전 결제까지 한국에서 완료한 채로 갔는데 예약이 되어있지 않다며 사장이 찾아왔길래 예약 바우쳐까지 스페인어로 전환해 보여주었으나 본인들은 호텔스닷컴에 호텔을 올린 적 없다고 들어온 예약도 없고 결제도 안되어있다고 해 체크아웃할 때 다시 결제하라고 했습니다. 게다가 카드 단말기도 작동이 안된다며 현금으로 결제하라고 했습니다. 사전 결제된 금액은 환불을 받아야하기 때문에 현금 결제 한 영수증은 받을 수 있냐고 물어보니 현금은 영수증 발급이 안된다며 원하면 나중에 이메일로 보내주겠다고 했습니다. 그 후에도 몇 번이나 재촉했음에도 몇 주가 지나도 이메일이 오지 않았고 호텔스닷컴 측에서도 호텔 측과 연락해보니 스페인어로만 얘기하라며 일방적으로 전화를 끊어버린다고 합니다. 한국 사람들만 묵어서 한국 사람들을 호구로 아나본데 강력하게 비추천합니다."
