La persona que nos recibió en el hotel no tenía claro los servicios que ofrece, solicitamos cambio de habitación por ruido y nos dijeron que en la habitación no lo habia asi diera hacia la calle, no pudimos dormir por el paso constante de vehículos y motocicletas; no es apto para adultos mayores o con discapacidad ya que queda en un segundo piso.

un hotel en pleno centro con demasiado ruido si el hospedaje es en las habitaciones que dan a la calle. algo viejo el hotel sin amenidades como shampoo, servilletas, joven etc. no hay nadie que lo reciba a uno, debe estar su propio vehiculo lejos del hotel, se debe de cargar sus propias maletas hasta un segundo piso.
