"The area is not safe and we had the feeling that anyone can enter the hotel and go straight into the elevator. The room was ok, not completely clean, but ok. Be aware that the shower cabin is transparent and not part of the toilet, especially if you are traveling with children for example. The only good thing is that the place is centrally located and close to the fair, otherwise you can probably find a better place to stay in the city"

"The rooms were comfortable and practical for our 1 week stay. All of the staff was genuinely warm, helpful and welcoming. The chef Carolina made delicious Brazilian croquettes for breakfast and was very friendly. Unfortunately, I do not recall the names of all the other people, but the service was excellent. Laundry machines were useful and in good condition. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and we had an excellent view of the city. I highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"Everything worked except: 1- Upon arrival we were informed that there is no daily cleaning service. Only once every 3 days. This was never mentioned on the site. 2- We never got the toilet paper we requested and when we complained about it at check-out, the girl told us: “The guy that was in charge of the reception las night is new”. Other than that, great location and nice property. "

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a slight issue with our room upon arrival and they responded immediately. A great location, a few hundred meters from a shopping mall with a well-stocked supermarket. Would recommend it to others."
