Wenn man vor Ort schön den Mund hält, kann man sich vor aufgesetzter Freundlichkeit kaum retten. Aber, Gott bewahre, man hat eine Frage, Wunsch oder noch schlimmer, man äußert nur den leisesten Hauch an Kritik, dann lernt man die wahre Seite des Betreiberpaars kennen. Man wird lauthals beschimpft, beleidigt und bei den anderen Gästen denunziert.
Kein Wunder, dass es an Personal mangelt.
Des weiteren wird man als Kunde zweiter Klasse behandelt, wenn man über Expedia gebucht hat, da die Betreiber eine Vermittlungsprovision zahlen müssen. Und das lassen sie einen spüren.
Die Betreiber profitieren von der Reichweite dieses Portals, aber verabscheuen es.
Ich habe beruflich fast 2/3 meines Lebens in Hotels auf der ganzen Welt verbracht. So etwas, wie dort, habe ich noch nie erlebt geschweige denn wurde ich als Gast jemals so behandelt.
PS : mit der hier oft zitierten "unfreundlichen Kellnerin" ist höchstwahrscheinlich die Chefin gemeint.
sehr schöne Lage, sehr aufmerksames Hotelpersonal, sehr gute Küche, Zimmer mit "Bergblick" sind sehr dunkel, die Matratzen waren das einzig kritikwürdige an der Unterkunft
