第一天入住發現浴室內的BATH SHOWER全空, 剛好自己有帶就先用自己的, 也將浴室內原本的罐子取出放在上面, 想說隔天打掃人員應該會發現並且更換, 但隔天回來還是空的, 打掃人員完全沒有發現. 打電話到櫃檯去反應, 等了1個多小時, 後來自己下去找櫃台更換, 他們表示會再上來更換... 又再次等了1個小時....服務需要加強

Very lovely
"We stayed here for two nights, very lovely clean room, fully equipped. Breakfast is an option if you like but we didnt decide on it. The beds are comfy and the rooms are very lovely. Heads up if you plan on travelling into Vienna on a Sunday, the bus only stops once an hour and last bus is at 7pm ..."
